I was first introduced to Caleb and Kelsey Grimm when the son of some friends mentioned that their rendition of Cory Asbury’s Reckless Love was one of his favorites. They take two Christian songs and blend in a musically artistic way. Reckless Love wasn’t just that song, but a mashup of it and Death Was Arrested. Their singing voices are so stunning, I could listen to them all day. I don’t know why they aren’t a huge hit in their own right. Or maybe they are, and I live under a rock and never noticed. You can find them all over YouTube covering a multitude of Christian and Christmas songs.
Caleb is part of the Christian rock band Anthem Lights. He and Kelsey met at a Halloween party over ten years ago and were connected by their passion for music. The couple live in Nashville (practically neighbors!) with their two children. It might appear their lives are perfect, but they have had personal struggles, just like everybody else. Being musically talented isn’t one of them, however. I hope you enjoy their music as much as I do.
